Cancellation Policy

I understand that life happens and plans can change! To keep things fair and to make the best use of our creative time together, please note the following: Cancellations & Rescheduling Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson. With proper notice, we’ll happily reschedule your session at a mutually convenient time. Late Cancellations Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full lesson fee, as it’s often too late to fill the spot. No-Shows If you don’t attend your scheduled lesson and haven’t notified me, the session will be charged in full. Emergency Exceptions Of course, true emergencies and unexpected circumstances will be handled with understanding. Group Workshops Because space is limited, workshop fees are non-refundable. If you can’t attend, you may transfer your spot to a friend or family member.
